Please help us in our goal to raise $9,999 by the end of the year! Your support fortifies our frontline organizing for racial + environmental justice, community healing, and health + wellness.

The number nine in the Baha’i faith has significant meaning, it is the highest single number and signifies completion.

We have exciting news!! We have already raised $45,000 towards our racial justice capacity building intersecting with environmental justice. We are asking our supporters to help us close the gap in funding. We are 9,999 away!

We would like to announce that Selene González-Carrillo is our new Senior Director of Environmental Justice! Selene has an incredible journey as an environmental leader in Mexico and a frontline organizer in the community of Little Village on Chicago's southwest side.

This year we developed a partnership with TERC and through a grant from the National Science Foundation we were awarded $45,000. Selene will be lead collaborator for a new Informal STEM Learning Equity Resource Center. This work will include co-developing social justice, environmental justice, racial justice and equity-centered workshops, training, and tools to address issues of inequity within informal STEM education.

We are going to need all the support we can get to fortify this work and other programs we will lead for wellness in communities burdened by climate change and racial + environmental injustices.
